Admissions begin by filling in the application receipt. After the receipt of the completed application forms is submitted, the same will be scrutinized by a committee set up by the Board of Management of the Pitha. The candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be intimated of their selection by post at the address provided in the application form. The candidates will be required to report at the Veda Vidya Pitha on the date and at the time intimated to them in their selection letter.

The Veda Vidya Pitha will not condone any lapses or delay in reporting at the appointed date and hour unless the selected candidate is able to give reasons to the satisfaction of the Board of Management of the Veda Vidya Pitha along with all supporting documents as they may be required to furnish in this regard.

The selected candidates will be reimbursed 2nd class Non A/c fare for the shortest rail route from the place of residence of the selected candidate to Navi Mumbai.

The candidates are selected on the basis of the information provided by them and as set out by them in the application form. If the said information is found to be incorrect in any respect, resultant disciplinary action, including expulsion from the Veda Vidya Pitha would follow.
